Customer Service / Shipping Policy

ANAVINI ships to addresses in the United States, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, FOB Miami, FL. Completion date is out of our warehouse date and not in store date. ANAVINI reserves the right to make partial shipments.

We accept international orders, currently we ship to Spain, England. Japan and Dominican Republic FOB El Salvador, Central America. If you would like to place an order for international delivery, please e-mail us at sales@anavini.com or call (786) 393-5521. Shipments outside the U.S. are subject to extra shipping and handling charges and fees. Duties and value-added taxes may be required and are the responsibility of the customer.
In Stock Merchandise
Usually orders are processed and shipped (in other words, leave our plant) within 7-10 business days excluding holidays. Anavini.com will let you know at checkout or by a follow-up message if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability. For that merchandise, we will give you an expected shipping time at checkout. All orders are subject to credit approval.
 
Standard delivery
We deliver via UPS, DHL or a comparable delivery service. Items ordered at the same time may not always be shipped together; your delivery charge, however, will be based on the total merchandise amount per address.
