Customer Service / Return and Exchange Policy

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However, we do offer a 15 day return or exchange privilege for regular priced (full price) items in their original un-worn, un-washed condition, with tags intact, hangers and original packaging. We will not accept returns on items that have been worn or washed. We cannot accept returns on items that were damaged while worn/washed, shrunk in the wash.

To make an exchange or return:

Items must be returned in original, unworn condition -- with all tags, hangers and packaging intact. Otherwise you will not receive full credit for the return.

If you would like to make a size exchange, please place a new order for the size desired item (CHECK AVAILABILITY); size exchanges are treated as new orders and are not "swapped out" upon receipt of returns.

Please allow 10 days for the return to be processed once we receive it.

SALE ITEMS-Return Policy -- These items may not be returned or exchanged. SALE items discounted off regular price are FINAL SALE and may NOT be refunded.

Shipping charges are not refundable. If you refuse your shipment upon delivery, there will be a 25% restocking fee assessed on the return.
