Customer Service / How to Place an Order Online
Current ANAVINI Customers
Welcome to Anavini's online ordering. If you currently carry Anavini's line and already have a username and password please e-mail us at sales@anavini.com to get a copy of our available inventory then you may place your order online or via e-mail.
 
New Customers
If you would like to carry ANAVINI'S collection in your store, please complete our Register and Create an Account Form and an after verifying your store we will send you an e-mail your login information and a copy of our company policies. For all questions regarding sales, customer service and company policies please contact Lucia at sales@anavini.com All new customers will be on credit card terms.

Placing an Order
  1. Please contact our sales department via e-mail sales@anavini.com to get an inventory list, not everything on the website is available to order.
  2. Go to www.anavini.com to see pictures and prices.
  3. Choose a collection (Anavini Baby, Velani Classics, etc).
  4. When you find an item you like from our inventory list, simply click on it.
  5. Select your preferred style, size and quantity.
  6. Then click the [Add to Cart] button.
  7. When you have finished shopping and are ready to check out, click on [Checkout] button.
  8. Clicking on [View order] you can change quantities or delete items before continuing to the Checkout page.
  9. In the [checkout] page, verify that all of your billing and Shipping information you entered is correct and then click checkout.
  10. An order confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you entered during the checkout process.
  11. Canceling an Order –We can not cancel orders once they have entered our shipping process.
